don't know how to get that exact sound but start with a square wave or two.

its a pretty simple thing to do..but no matter what you do its not going to sound right without the percussion doing its job.

I'd say it's square waves. Maybe the oscs are slightly detuned and the filter has a good closure over some warm resonance that is very slight... I dunno...

Sounds pretty squarish to me.

Think about the timbre of the sound, work the ADSR of the amp and filter accordingly.

Also, remember that when it is in the mix it will sound different and have a different feel.

Dunno, the percs sound pretty simple to me and you should be able to recreate that pattern pretty easily if you try to dissect it. You're basically dealing two highhat patterns and 3 unique high-hat sounds; two in the first pattern and one in the secondary pattern used at 3 different pitches. Add a simple enough snare and you've got it.

As others have mentioned, it's your basic enough punchy square bassline, medium cutoff and 2 notes played, the lowest of which is underneath every second kick.

sounds like a mix of mostly Square wave and Triangle or Sine waves on another osc. Its not entirely a Square, but for the most part it is.
