Book Id Request

hey lookin for a name of a book its actually a series i read it a couple of years ago i was probly 10 or 11 at the time. i wanne give it to someone as a present but i forgot the damn name!

anywayys its about little animal warriors {rats,raccoons,badgers,cats)

its basically like the lord of the rings only with animals instead.

the cover of the books were really well done if thats any help.
