UPDATE 2008-02-15 : Balance 013: SOS

Yep, mentioned that 013 was gonna be HUGE in the 011 and 012 threads...

And is this EVER HUGE

So its official, Desyn, Omid, and Demi have SIGNED the dotted line.
The tracks are being cleared as i type.
Yet another AMAZING installment in the Balance series.

Balance 013 will be mixed by none other than FREAKING SOS!!!

I also think it would be pretty awesome if there was a bit of the old school Omid (16b) influence on this one - but there's definitely no denying that he and Demi have been nothing but fire the past few years especially.

Also - how do you think they'll approach it if they do 3 discs?

Seems like a lot of possibilities...

I whole heartedly agree. Their 06 outfits were much better than the 07 outfits. Who else thinks Demi will be sporting his speedo during the recording?

Loved the second disc of it - but lately I haven't been feeling much of what he's been playing.

i haven't heard a Desyn set that has impressed me in a really long time. i guess his Spybar set from this year was pretty good, but after all the sets of his that i fell in love with back in 2004 (Essential Mix, Budapest, etc) it's been really hard for me to find any sets from him that just wow'd me like those did. i kind of stopped paying attention to him for a while because of that, but i absolutely loved Balance 008 and i still think he's a great DJ... and Omid and Demi are also amazing DJs, so i have high hopes for this.

I gotta say i been LOVIN Desyn's sets from this yr...
His EM and HUN sets from 2004 are incredible obv, but i can't say i been let down by him, or ANY of the 3 in the last few yrs...

No word yet on 2 or 3 discs...info soon

dude, i think his latest stuff has been fuckin awesome, but i also liked the stuff he was doing before which was a little better, but both times i saw him this year were golden, and disc 1 was beter tahn disc 2 on balance 008 hehe (disc 2 starts with orbital , i have the cds, one is black and one is white, but i dont recall which is which atm)
