Mom Stabs, Kills Her Two Children

A 22-year-old woman fatally stabbed her two children, 1 and 3, inside a convenience store bathroom Thursday, police said.

A worker at the Food Mart store in south Augusta told police she saw the woman enter the restroom with the two children, a boy and girl, and then heard a scream, Richmond County Sheriff Ronnie Strength said.

The worker called 911, and when deputies arrived they forced the door open and found the woman on the floor, holding a steak knife and covered in the children's blood.

Jordon Hawes, 1, and Shakayla Hawes, 3, were pronounced dead upon arrival at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital.

Both died of multiple stab wounds to the chest, Chief Deputy Coroner Mark Bowen said.

Why did I post this? B/c for everyone one post about something barbaric or ridiculous happening overseas (ex. Saudi Arabia, India, etc) I'll post 10 times as many that occur in the US in a single day...

i think he means the opposite. He is saying that when some stupid shit happens in the middle east, there is 10 times more shit happening here

Just about everything that has been posted that is related to the United States has been a tragic story about either a kid killing another person or a mother killing her kid.

the parity here is that the woman in question did not name a teddy bear 'mohammed'. she slaughtered her kids, a worthy offense of a punishment.

i hardly see how knifing toddlers and giving sacred names to stuffed toys are in the same ballpark... fuck SAME PLANET even.

The BIG difference is when "overseas" incidents happen in Saudi Arabia, or India, or Iran, or Pakistan, such as beating a wife beause SHE was raped, stoning a chick cuz she hung out with the wrong d00d, or hanging a fag because he KISSED a guy, or sentencing a teacher because she named a teddy bear after a "god", it's ACCEPTED in that culture. Meanwhile, when incidents like crack head ho's stab their children to death in the US, they are immediately CONDEMNED and thrown in jail. Let's see these "overseas" countries start writing laws that condemn ALL VIOLENCE and not just specific behavioral deviants; and let's see them start throwing homo-killing, wife-beating, chick-stoning, anti-Mohammed-teddy-nazis in jail and THEN you'll have a better comparison.

this woman is obviously mentally fucked up. u would have to be to kill ur own children, who are so innocent and young. shes sick and disgusting, i hope she gets executed or life in jail.

regardless of where this happened, its really fucking sad that it DID happen. i mean, for someone to be in either 1) such mental turmoil to do that; or 2) that she was just plain psychotic and no one either a) knew about it; or b) choose to help her out.
