i like that more, now that i think of it. i spend most of my time facing the dj rather than the walls. so they got to keep all the stuff that was inside former twilo?

Talk is cheap, but I heard they added more speakers to the existing Phazon sound inside, moved the light racks entirely (can you imagine the size of the floor now?!), and added more bars.

Yes, old Twilo building. You can see "Stereo" signs out front and on the side.

Will be interesting to see what they did w/ the sound. Either way this place sounds promising.

Are we sure LP owns this? Why would he want a club in direct competition w/ Space? I suppose he is going after an afterhours monopoly and doesn't care where the money comes in, Space or Stereo.

I wonder what NYC people are involved considering the name Stereo and all.

i thought advertising for stereo on an svd flyer was a bit interesting...

opening nite, dec 14, opening dj...well that is not public knowledge yet but lets say it will be someone that we all have grown to love here in miami, but there will obviously be more than 1 for the nite.

The place looks great, had a peak this past week and everyone knows when LP gets into something it is done right.

So after a lil stint at mr hawtin, i hope to see some faces over there, we will going as long as the floor stays packed.

i know im excited for this room to finally be reopened. as far as wmc is concerned, just amazing.

yes!!!!!!! and it's thursday this year if that is indeed the correct date! lawler was my favorite set last year at twilo and i don't expect anything less this year

still debating about flying to jax-ville to see lawler as well. he needs to stop in atlanta during that time. the first time i ever saw him was in atlanta while back home for the holidays, infact 2 years ago the 29th, so i should go, you know as an anniversary

I do like the Mainroom ceiling lights, and the bathrooms mugshots of drunk celebrities. They really have a nice set up over there. Gets my seal of approval

Tenaglia @ the warehouse this year the best I've seen him. I was there 6am - 3pm and he played just about everything. He started off super deep and warmed up the room slowly. By noon he was playing Raudive - Here.
