Love Bass tarts

I only have two tracks, 'atacama' and 'summer in space'. But i am madly in love with both of them. Sadly they are the only two I can find. Can anyone else point me in any direction of any mixes by them or anything? Thanks!

Pretty sure that's all they did. If I am not mistaken it's an alias of Lange, but you probally know that.

Get Gatecrasher - Digital Trance

http://www.discogs.com/release/79125

It's full of similar tracks, and it's gotta be one of the best trance albums out there, imo.

the bass tarts is an alias of staurt langelaan (best known as Lange) and Andy Perring (AKA Pulser). Alas they only produced the double A side with Atacama and Summer In Space together, which is a real shame.

If you want more similar stuff then obviously Lange and Pulser are two names to head for but Id also seriously recommend langes work under the LNG and Firewall guises as well as Andys stuff as The Olmec Heads and Insigma.

No worries mate, you got good taste in trance.

I can't recommend that album enough. When I fist got it I though it was pretty mediocre, but a few listens to it whilst doing course work, or chilling out in my room etc made me fall in love with it. Some very rare and special tracks on that cd, in particular Rob Aker - Dad's Home.

It's so beautifully understated, you may not like it, but it just creates such vivid and peacful imagery in my mind. I've a real attachment to it, and yet I really didn't like it the first few listens.

Yeah it is José Amnesia. And no it was never released, sadly. Also it is only on that compilation too. So it's pretty fucking special.

Gorgeous track. Gonna go play it now!

exactly, good post.

lange and pulser are on my list of producers that i admire and like almost 100% of their music.
but thrillseekers together...

'Summer in Space' still is an awesome tune. From the first time I heard it in PvD's Cream Amnesia Ibiza set from 2002 till now, it's still a bomb.
