ok, i dont know what the song is called, or who its by. all i know is the lyrics go either "can you feel it, can you feel it"........ or "can't you feel, can't you feel"

It's a male vocal, rather agressive almost like hes yelling.

its a dark electro or possibly a prog song. PLEEEEEEASE HELP

Doubtful that this is it, but have you tried 'Daft Punk - Too Long'? The lyrics match your description, however I wouldn't declare it 'dark'...
