Transa

Been behind some of my favourite trance of old, but is any more of their stuff worth getting? I've only heard Enervate, Transcend, Supernova and Transtar but by the look of their discogs they have much more than that

marcato, nightstalker, destiny sunrise

Prophase (X-Cabs Remix), still one of my faves....definitely check that out!

It's actually the same song, they just released it under a different name every few months.

Hahaha they did have a very distinctive sound I'll give you that.

I found Transtar through your EDM guide years ago, so you may actually be responsible for my liking of them

transa was the best...single reason why i got into trance and djing

why they have no website, no myspace, and just quit, I have no idea.

Listening to Nyana CD2 tonight, and I must say that Catcher - Destiny Sunrise is just damned tasty.

Why don't you just crawl under some rock and fucking die? No one will miss you, that's for sure.

Transa - Transtar.

Possibly one of the best trance records EVER written.

I felt like a sample was needed of the above tune.

I'll let it speak for it's self really, but my god. It is AWESOME!

When Day Breaks - nice piece of chill

DJ Tiesto - Sparkles (Transa mix) as mentioned earlier is ace as well!

I think the original was on Perfecto Fluoro

Checked out Nightstalker, didn't like it at all, though it was released in that 2003 ish era when trance seemed like it was gone for good and producers were trying different things.

I seem to remember they remixed an Alice Deejay track, which wasn't too bad except they kept the vocal which ruined it.

I randomly heard 'Astro Dawn' last night - it's simple and doesn't even really go anywhere, but it works so well! I think 'Altitude' under the Cascade alias is probably my favourite of theirs.

Transa are my favourite producers of all time.

The orginal was also on their artist album 'Chronology'.

I think it is the remixes that really make them as distinguished quality producers.
It's quite sad that know one seems to mention their remix of Art of Trance - Madagascar which I personally think is far more superior than Ferry's

I reckon it would be awesome if they released an album full of their remixes.

+1

Sadly, I highly doubt it'll happen.

Transa were fucking AMAZING.

BT - Mercury & Solace (Transa Remix)

^ oh my word.

Their remix of Tenshi is head and shoulders above the original. When I first heard Tenshi, I heard the Trasna version mislabelled as the original.

When I finally discovered this and heard the TRUE original of Tenshi I was like "WTF, this is nowhere near as good".

Massively underrated track.

yep
