Tip #1: Raise your hands up real high so people think you're important.

i was listening to their guestmix on matt darey's radio show
im not going to delve into the subject but they should not be giving tips on DJing in any situation or even to noobs

Posted by nchs09 on Dec-11-2007 06:39:

we have the luck of having them for new years in atlanta...

I'm still having trouble deciding who's the worst dj duo in history, these guys or G&D.

Posted by Ted Promo on Dec-11-2007 12:09:

the main goal of mixing is to "have hands in the air all night"?

The lasers move around too much.

Posted by smakmagik on Dec-11-2007 12:54:

What's that hideous painting in the background?

Though it IS more entertaining than the tripe coming out of their mouths

Posted by [Ocean]State on Dec-11-2007 13:15:

They are a joke

I cant watch it here at work but please tell me they called them out on that shit in the interview

Posted by mphreak on Dec-11-2007 18:52:

Nice laugh, indeed (:

Posted by DJ Blitzkrieg on Dec-11-2007 22:44:

Lol, they seem to think that having the anthem cross into mainstream was a good thing. Most mainstream music sucks including the anthem.

I'm still waiting for Filo & Peri vs. Soulja Boy - Crank Dat Anthem

Posted by bas on Dec-11-2007 23:50:

Forgive me for being ignorant, but doesn't most/all trance sound like The Anthem?

Posted by body125z on Dec-11-2007 23:55:

"I'd rather hear a night of good music poorly mixed, than a night of music I hate mixed well"

WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP SAYING THIS?!??!?!?!??

Probably because they're idiots. They make it sound like those two are the only alternatives. As if the music automatically is bad if the mixing is good.

seeing them on the radio1 playlist gives me a laugh as my brother & his workmates are hearing it nearly every 2 hours or so on the radio and cringing daily.

It's alright. Don't do it again.

Tip #2: Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance like these two blowhards.
