Lolo - 1+1 = 3 [Album]

1 + 1 = 3 is the first Lolo album and is at the same time one of the many project where producer Airwave (L-Vee) is involved in. Lolo has set it's name in the past few years with tremendously well received releases such as the most recent single Trance Will Never Die, Melody, Extended Horizon, ... this album contains all of these highlights from the past 5 years and is packed with 2 brand new tracks, the titletrack 1 + 1 = 3 and There's Treasure Everywhere. A must have package for every self respected trance fanatic.

Great stuff, Lolo is probably my favourite Laurent Veronnez alias.

I haven't been overly impressed with his last couple of releases though, and it's disappointing (but not surprising) to see them there over, say, Sunset or Because.

Nonetheless I shall be picking this up.

didn't like any of the new ones, but i did like landscape, extended horizon and melody, he shouldve put sunset on there, i thought that was the best lolo tune.

I was surprised to see that 1+1=3 is a really sweet tune. Definetly gonna check out the rest of the album. Going to post more feedback later.

All the tracks already mentioned are some of the better produced L-Vee tracks. I also own teddybears escape & extended horizon. I was digging poem & 1+1=3, but the rest of the tracks were average at best, that's mostly because I was expecting a lot more from such a talented producer. The rest of the tracks didn't draw me in enough to purchase it.

i just noticed that the little echo'ey sample used in Extended Horizon's every 8 bars or so is the exact same sample used in Tiesto's Dallas 4AM. Wonder which library the sample is from ..

'cloud surfers' is actually a really good track btw, so don't be afraid to listen to it, for comparison purposes, just cos it's lasgo! there are no vocals either.

Yup, always thought the same thing when listening to that track

They're both great of course.

Extended Horizon, Landscape and Why? for me are the best on the album.

Otherwise, album is great but not enough to buy it. I love Laurent though. I've seen it when he came in Montreal last NYE and I had a blast !

This is a great album. I love Teddybears escape and take my hand. Also the first two tracks are great. Overall the whole album is great.

Awesome track, am starting my next trance promo mix with 1+1=3. Lolo, Airwave, none of his alia's disappoint for me. Real, melodic, uplifting trance in 2008... who would have thunk it?!
