vinyl cleaning problem

first of all I clean my records with water and a very small amount of Johnson & Johnson Baby Bath, then wipe clean with microfiber towl

but every time I play any record I get crazy amounts of what looks like dandruff or white flecks where ever the needle passes in the groove

I also clean the needle with the small brush that came with my white lable cart

Im thinking its the baby bath, or I need to replace the needle

any help would be appreciated, thanks
