Ton TB - Electronic Malfunction remix?

Anyone know if this track was remixed with the "Electronic Malfunction. Shut down" lyric taken out and a short female vocal put in right before the melody? The melody is a little altered aswell.

I dont know if its a remix or a direct rip-off, but i've heard it.
