Who the hell is this? Another of Deadmau5's cheeky (and yet not so cheeky) ventures?

First half an hour of ASOT tonight brought a host of surprises. Remix of Blank and Jones - Perfect Silence by Inpetto, who I just found out is Duderstadt to kick things off, and the first five tracks included Not Exactly by Deadrat6, Pryda-Europa and the Cirez D - Teaser (some remix)

What are these tracks doing in asot anyway?

armin got tired of playing the same cheese he always does?

first half of ASOT was actually good for once! not so much that last half

and trance is not dead! looking forward to JF this Saturday!

Trance isn't what it used to be, therefore it's dead.

The playlist I read has it titled "Very Exactly," so yeah, this is most likely just a cheeky little twist of his (unless there's a REALLY shameless knock-off out there). I hope he doesn't plan on maintaining that name, though, as I can only begin to imagine how many posts we'll be seeing on message boards all over the web that accuse DeadRat6 of ripping off Deadmau5, and the subsequent "DeadRat6=Dearmau5" reply.

Confusing times ahead...

Deadrat6, was just made as a joke on a deadmau5 track.... no big deal... and its rather easy to hear who produced it as well..

Actually have one track that is a bit in the same style almost finished. Needs a few more tweakings, but ive had a couple of remix jobs that i needed to finish first, + ive changed sequencer over the autumn... + exams... so yea, il be in the studio all winter, so dont worry... more stuff will get out

signed a collab track to andy moor's label.. so itl come

deadrat6 is marcus schossow, listen to the track again and you'll recognize it as a schossow tune
