Drunk Driving
Just wanna see the results here, as I feel a bit too many people are getting just a little too politically-correct on this issue, which in the past has exposed the hypocrisy of TOTAs. So, vote honestly.
what are your terms of drunk.
Never. I don't drive

lets see....i lost one friend in grade school, one friend in highschool and one friend 3 months ago to drunk drivers. i was also put in a coma by one 5 years ago.
so yeah, my vote was never.
never, I don't drive
I dont drink at all....
well being underage in the states with the no toleration rules id get a DUI even if I was under the "legal" limit, so yeah.. considering that.. I'd say multiple times.
I'm a hypocrite I know, and I lost my license for 9 months [for a different reason], so yeah.. I don't drive after drinking anything anymore
In my younger years I would have to say I have many times.....I don't now simply because I don't drink when I am out.
A better question is who has driven while under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

I've re-arranged cars in a drive-way when I would have blown over, but I was still capable of understanding logic and reason.
Never driven on road/highway after more than 1 drink. Drunk driving is just stupid and irresponsible.

| Originally posted by legendary_waz I don't believe that. I have finished off an entire bottle of wine before, waited 2hrs and drove home absolutely fine. So I don't believe that such a small amount of alcohol will put u over the limit, no way. |

| Originally posted by ChemEnhanced just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are not over the legal limit. Put it this way....pretty much anyone who has driven home after a night of drinking at a club is probably over the legal limit. |
I don't think I've ever driven drunk in my life.
One of my most frightening drunk driving experiences was while in the car with a couple of friends. Everyone was drunk, but they wanted to go home. The driver decided to take the risk and drive while extremely intoxicated. He fell asleep at the wheel a few times, drove on the wrong side of the highway, got lost multiple times, and went way too fast. I am surprised that we all made it home safely that night. I was so stupid to agree to go with them. It put my life in great danger. It still pisses me off whenever I think about it.

If there was an option "I used to when I was a young, immature moron of a teenager - but since then has smartened up", I would have voted for that.....
So instead - Yes, more than once.

Yup, I've done it. I got busted once too. Never did it again after that.
