marcie?
i've noticed this singer has had a few big releases lately.
i don't really know what to think about singers like this. i think the first couple of songs i heard from her were about sex or being some raunchy girl, and her just making orgasm noises, which was a bit off putting.
are we going to see more singers like this?
what do you think?

I came across her about a year and a half ago, and the only somewhat memorable production under her name (that I can remember) sounded like any generic Coldharbourish-styled track.

I hope the Marcie singing in the Somewhere Over The Rainbow video is not the same Marcie that sang on Steve Birch - Edge Of The Ocean. Because I love Edge Of The Ocean.
Aaargh. Now every time I hear it I will be singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow in my head.

I have heard loads of Marcie tracks, and I cannot stand her lyrics or voice on any tracks I have heard. Is there anyone out there who actually does like her voice or lyrics? Seems bizarre, because she continues to get so much work.
What was wrong with Yamin fr Marcie - So Tired ?

If you listen carefully, you will see that "So Tired" was all about Yamin. Yamin (Ben Bording) is an absolutely amazing producer, but Marcie seems to sing on and in my opinion ruin many of his tracks. I liked the supporting melody of So Tired, but hated the vocal. If you listen to that track again, imagine no vocal or a better vocalist, and you might see what I am talking about. Also, if you want to be amazed with how many tracks she has spoken/sung on, check out Beatport. She has 6 pages of releases, and imo, all are rubbish.

i can't think of any songs i have liked where it's just some whore moaning and blabbing about sex, really puts me off to a song
I agree, but I curious if anyone knows why she continues to sing on so many producer's songs. A few of these producers are very talented.
Perhaps she is paying them or giving them other favors?

Marcie ruins another track
I just heard a cool track! Well, it was cool until Marcie began singing. Check out Tyler Michaud & Mat zo ft. Marcie - Digital Wasteland on Beatport. Why these top producers decided to include her voice I don't know.
