On many sites, it says that this particular remix was released along with the original and the others (incl. Joonas Hahmo, Mikka Kuisma)

beatport, djdownload, and even magik musik (blackhole) has not released the other remixes, aside from the JS16 remix.

I NEEEEEED the Paul Webster one (so phat)...any idea what the deal with this is?

also, I can't find any info about Rex Mundi's Ibiza sunlight (so good). Any hot tips about the release?

In Trance We Trust is the record label that released the Original Mix, JS16 Mix and Radio Edit.

All other mixes are not released, yet. If all official websites such as Beatport and Audiojelly say it's not released then info you get on "other sites" is incorrect. The other 3 mixes of the track are

Miika Kuisma�s Three Floors Remix
Paul Webster Remix
Joonas Hahmo Remix

The Webster remix is fa kin su pah !!! Hopefully we will see a official release of the other 3 mixes in near future.

And as for Ibiza Sunlight ... the deal is that it is simply not out in the market yet Just be patient.

You can check HERE for future updates on the music you like and see what the dealio is with releases. It is very good source of such info.
