such a great movie but it seems so many people have never heard of it.

one of my favorite movie quotes

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.........All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain."

Yea, it's a landmark film for sure. I don't think most people would know what the movie's all about unless they took a film class though. It wasn't really mainstream.

So funny that Oakenfold dropped parts of the Blade Runner soundtrack in his Another World CD.

I've heard such great things about this cut, haven't seen it though.

Well originally, Decker being human or android is left ambiguous. Then Ridley Scott decided to kill the mystery and announce that the main character is a robot in his director's commentary. That's exactly why I don't like watching commentaries.

I read about it in a newspaper article back in 98'. Dick was really pissed about Scott releasing that info too.

Tony (Daiwoo), I'll buy it for you for Christmas if you buy it for me - secret Santa at Max G on Friday?

It was Vangelis not Giorgio!! The Blade Runner soundtrack is what inspired BT to start composing for movies.

Posted by glass on Dec-21-2007 16:39:

I heard this was back in the theater for this cut, is that still going on??

Posted by civicstyle on Dec-24-2007 04:00:

whats the better one to buy? this one or the ultimate 5 dvd pack??

Posted by D&GGIRL on Dec-24-2007 09:18:

So annoyed with Best Buy. Thought I was being smart and paid for a copy over the phone in advance for my bf to pick up at a store by my house. 15 minutes later, get an email it's out of stock. Couldn't they just have told me that over the phone? No - they wanted me to pay for it now and have to wait for it to come in later.

6$ is a disaster?

I got the 4-disc comp for Christmas and it's FANTASTIC The remastered cut is so gorgeous to watch. Especially in HD

"He say you Brade Runna"

Oakenfold already did the whole "Blade Runner in a mix" thing huh? Too bad
