if you were to hang out with one of these dead rockstars, who would it be?
Jimi Hendrix
John Lennon
Jim Morrison
Hendrix.
John Lenin
John Lennon is dead?
mama cass, because any bitch that dies from choking on a sandwhich must suck a mean penis.
"californiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa dreamin *hack hack*
hendrix...
Thats a tough one, Lennon had such insight into the world in general...would have been cool to hang and talk with him. On the other hand both Hendrix and Morrison would have been cool to party with. I guess I would have to go with Lennon. Truly a shame they were all taken so early
I'd have Mac N Cheese with Jim Morrison.
john lennon indeed.
John Lennon. He probably had more pot. Beating Hendrix.

I am being serious.
They are are all tremendously overrated regurgitations of a bullshit pop culture. None of them were actually exceedingly talented at what they did - that is, excessive drug use and the advantage of an overindulgent lifestyle funded by nothing more than their own popularity - and are instead worshiped as icons for music that's really not that great in the first place.
How was Hendrix not a talented guitarist?
I agree that the talent of the other two is highly debatable, but I don't see how you can argue that Hendrix had little talent...

Then maybe he was all talent and no skill. Fuck if I know. I just know that's he's pretty much to blame for all of the stupid fucking use of the stupid fucking instrument in stupid fucking music anymore.
Guitars are not the ether of good music. Please stop jerking off all over them.

Billions more people now and 50 more years of musical development as well as the excessive accessibility of music instruments, and people still fucking idolize the "talented" dead. Give me a fucking break. |

YEAH! We need to give more props to our contemporaries, like Gary Wilson:
