That's a great little head fuck of a track..It will prolly do great on European dancefloors but will die a death on American D/F's..Nice find Mike,,it's going on my myspace..If people can't appreciate good fun then Fuck 'Em..

Chris Luzz is the only Dj I know that had enough balls to play Heater..

Jonathan Peters or Boris (forget which one) played it at Surf Club over the Summer.

That remix of "changes" is pathetic.....

Posted by StanVoid on Dec-24-2007 03:33:

this is not the next heater. it's a very shitty and obvious attempt at copying heater. the melodies are clashing all over the place here, hahah wow my ears hurt.

ive only heard Heater twice in a club. once when my friend dropped it at a small gig, everyone went nuts as most were trance heads and only me and few others knew the track. the other time was when samim teased the crowd with samples, original track and well it was bad ass overall IMO! heres a clip of when I saw Samim here in SF at The End Up

also i do like the track, its different Samim (& Alex Smoke) are awesome guys btw, even hanged out well before and after their sets with friends and I. Rest of pics/videos: http://rizo.ws/071201

lol.. the next heater? Are there no more original ideas? This sounds like a mash up of Magic Carpet Ride and heater.. pass. This track is annoying.

wow, must go to that club... love the strobelights on the ceiling

Samins - Heater came out at such a perfect time when much wasn't going on. This track is pretty good but its nothing like or reminds me of Heater

Also that Changes remix is terrible gonna go hear the remixes and originals I have

ya it is

club is called The End Up as thats where everyone usually ends up after a friday/saturday night and ends sunday evening. KONTROL (the promoter who brought Alex Smoke & Samim) have their gigs here the first Saturday of each month.

camera is a canon 870is

I like the Ian Oliver remix of 'Bucovina' better. Fun track!

Bringing up 'Heater' reminds me of when Morillo dropped it the first night back from Ibiza. Looped the accordian build-up, mixed it into this crazy salsa track and then back 'Heater'. Drove the latinos in the place crazy!

Posted by Dj onE on Dec-25-2007 05:19:

yea dope track...but if you wanna hear the real next heater then you gotta check out kike serrano - el son

Posted by SebG on Dec-25-2007 06:06:

I cant get enough of those lights going back and forth. it is the shit.

Posted by beema on Dec-25-2007 06:39:

garbage
mostly because of how much of a colossal ripoff of Heater it is
the bassline is the same, but lamer
the arrangement and percussion is crap
the little vocal clips are a direct cut&paste
this guy needs to go die
I got no tolerance for ripoff artists, especially when they are this crappy
what a cheeseball

Heater was great 'cause it was unexpected. To make a song that simply tries to copy its formula to a T is the complete opposite of the originality that made heater a success.

Saying something will be the next something else means that it will replicate it's success, not that it is a carbon copy. This is akin to saying some new b-movie about a luxury cruise ship sinking will be the next Titanic.

I will shoot myself if someone as cool as Claude Vonstroke picks up this track...
