is it just me or does going into a room to sweat with clothes on make no type of sense. i vote naked rather than bra/panties...

oddly enough the people most comfortable going nude are the 60+ year old overweight women...

I'm not a big fan of saunas. If I want to have a good sweat, I'll just get on a bike and ride for a while. There aren't too many naked 83 year old men to be seen when I do that.

typically sauna after a workout...plus it's relaxing. i just find it odd that half the people are clothes and the other half aren't. few people go into a sauna to check other people out.

i have heard things but i'm talking for women. i'm telling you excessively sweating without moving in a sports bra isn't comfortable.

colder water yes but icy also bump up the time to 20min

As a Finnish dude I've grown up with sauna. Everyday, all year around. Friends thought I was crazy to go in the sauna in the middle of the summer heat. It's also cool to roll around in the snow then back into the sauna. Stings a little, but in a good way.
