Some of my favorite scores:
Ravenous
One Hour Photo
Master & Commander
Final Cut
No need to provide the tracklisting, seeing as they're the original scores.
I've mentioned this before in another thread:
The Good, The Bad And The Ugly (1966).
Sergio Leone and Enno Morricone were easily the best combination of director and scorewriter ever to have existed.
Apart from being groundbreaking and being the movie that gave the entire western a theme of its own it's a hell of nice score.
The Extacy of Gold is alone some of the finest songs I've heard in any movie and it's so perfectly well written for the end part when Tuco is running through the gigantic cemetary searching for that one grave. Enjoy:

nothing beats this though:
The Godfather OST
1. Main Title (The Godfather Waltz)
2. I Have But One Heart
3. The Pickup
4. Connie's Wedding
5. The Halls Of Fear
6. Sicilian Pastorale
7. Love Theme From The Godfather
8. The Godfather Waltz
9. Apollonia
10. The New Godfather
11. The Baptism
12. The Godfather Finale
The Matrix Trilogy. The first movie had some edm that to me as an 8th grader was (and still is awsome). The two sequels had some breathtaking orchestral pieces with Juno Reactor.
Vangelis - Blade Runner
David Julyan - Memento
Don Davis - The Matrix, : Reloaded, : Revolutions.
Alan Silvestri - Back To The Future Part I, Part II, Part III
of the classicly scored then it's most of morricone ones. especially the america trilogy ones
but for the edm ones then 'the beach', 'lola rennt' & 'lost in translation'
Silent Hill
Starcraft
Deux Ex
Unreal Tournament
wipEout 3
Games with the best soundtracks.
The Saint soundtrack is one of my all time favorites:

Before Today - Everything But The Girl (4:17) |
Gladiator battle theme ftw
Juice
Saturday Night Fever
Superfly
Purple Rain
The Harder They Come
Midnight Express
and a +1 to the good, the bad & the ugly
[when talking about best soundtracks, they should be OSTs and not nostalgia-fueled retro compilations like carlito's way, blow, et. al.]
Scores:
The Good The Bad & The Ugly (Morricone)
Conan The Barbarian (Poledouris)
Bladerunner (Vangelis)
Last of the Mohicans (Jones & Edelman)
Alien (Goldsmith)
Jaws (Williams)
Big Trouble In Little China (Carpenter)
For various reasons. I'm not so big on soundtracks, but I did enjoy the use of music in these films:
Goodfellas
Full Metal Jacket
Snatch
Reservoir Dogs
Trainspotting

I must also add Alexander. It have a beautiful score by Vangelis. Too bad the movie got quite bad reviews (which it didn't deserve IMO). But it will always be remember because of the epic score. Titans and The Drums of Gaugamela are so beautiful songs.
Here is a piece of it:
It's also a big shame that some of the best parts of the movies score didn't make it to the CD release.
Here is Vangelis discussing the score:
The Weather Man and The Holiday by Hanz Zimmer
The Fugitive by James Newton Howard
