East German producer and DJ, Ronski Speed aka Sun Decade, has created some of the most in demand tracks and remixes of the past few years. His records 'E.O.S', 'Iris', '2Day E.P', 'Asarja' together with labe mate Mirco De Govia, the 2005 smasher 'In-cognition' with Stoneface & Terminal and the Sun Decade singles 'Follow You' and the groundbreaking 'I'm Alone' were genuine club smashes and were hammered by the likes of Paul van Dyk, Ti�sto, Armin van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond and Ferry Corsten.

2007: The year starts with Ronski�s massive remix for the track �Hold Me Till The End� by the DT 8 Project. Furthermore the mash-up of his single �E.O.S.� with the Oceanlab track �Satellite� was released on the first 10 years euphonic vinyl sampler. In March Ronski Speed finished a remix for ATB�s single �Renegade�.Thru the support of Armin van Buuren and Markus Shulz a Mashup of Ronski�s �The Space We Are� vocals and Rex Mundis track �Perspective� becomes very popular. Even Carl Cox, Gabriel & Dresden and many more tops are playing this mash-up now. Armada cleared the rights and will do an official release in 2008.In July 2007 the new Ronski Speed with Stoneface & Terminal track �Soulseeker� was releasesd followed by Ronski�s next solo single �Love All The Pain Away�. He got one more the support from Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Paul van Dyk with this releases! In October Ronski Speed climbed on #44 at the 2007 DJ Mag Top100!
Right now Ronski is busy with working on his first own artistalbum and on a couple of strong new singles.

Opening for Ronski this year was definitely a blast. After idolizing his music for many years, and telling him years back that someday I would open for him, It most definitely was a awesome experience.

Lexxx & Skwallie, Im sorry but I wont be there to witness your set, but Ill be there in spirit. I have some family business to deal with this week. Congrats on landing the opening slot for this one u guys!

Ronski's set blew me away last time he was here! im so excited for this event. here's some vids of him for Euphonic night back in may:

Ronski Speeed was actually the one who got me into progressive trance. Funny because I think most people would think it was Markus Schulz. Ronski played a lot of during his opening set when Skills brought him to 1015 about a year ago. He really opened a door in my taste of music today.

Lexxx and I will be playing seperate sets this time around. I will be playing the 11-12, while Lexxx will kick off his birthday from 12-1. We both are really stoked about this and didn't even imagine that we could open for such a great dj. Thank you Taj for the oppourunity! We will not disappoint anyone!

Ronski just punished Webster Hall in NYC on the 29th of December. You guys are going to freakin die if you haven't seen this guy before!!! Throw Taj into the mix and you can pretty much guarantee a pounding like none other!

one thing i like about ronski is that he's played better and better every time he came back.

however i hope he doesn't play the the perspective space mash up. that song needs to die.
