I am sorry to hijack this thread, but guys, please please do yourself a favour and do not buy from this guy!!

I am not trying to be malicious, but this guy is dodgy and i say this to warn fellow tranceaddict users. I won 4 trance packs from him on eBay, and he refused to sell me them, because they sold for too low a price. He done the same to about 5 or 6 other people. Had to go through paypal's claim procedure to get my �70 back. Then he had the audacity to email me offering to sell me trance packs for about 5 times the amount i had won them for initially! �Qu� caradura!

I had the same thing happen with this seller on eBay, though I never sent payment - thankfully! I won a record from him early last year, and he refused to sell it to me. Buyer beware.

Well, all i can say is thank f**k for paypal! Otherwise this guy would've robbed me of �70, without the slightest care in the world.

Seriously mate, seriously what planet are you from!

I am not a rude person by nature, nor do i go on internet sites flaming people or being an asshole, just for kicks. By what you have written you clearly have no ethics or morals. Let's just get it straight, i won 4 items from you on eBay, and i was very much looking forward to receiving the 100 vinyls that i won (4 x 25 packs), yet you wouldn't stick to the deal. When you placed the items on eBay it was a binding contract (between you and whoever won the auction(s)), subsequently you broke this contract and broke the contract for another 7-10 auctions pissing those other people off like myself.

Why did you do it? Basically because the trance auctions went quite cheaply and you didn't want to sell the items at that price, you want �20, �30 and �40 prices per vinyl. The fuss as you put it is that you didn't sell me my vinyls yet you even had the absolute cheek to email me months later offering me to buy 100 records for way way more than i had initially won them for (to actually think that i would trust you to send you money again!). You are clearly dishonest and also an unreliable seller and people need to be aware of what kind of person we are dealing with here, so i wouldn't want some unlucky person to buy from you and be cheated like i was. Therefore i doubt any person with an ounce of intelligence will actually buy from you reading what i have written, and rightly so.

I got my money back! Yes, only after i done the paypal claim. I asked you numerous for my money back and you either a- refused to answer my mails or b- gave me bulls**t excuses. I got my money back, but i didn't want my money back, i wanted the f**king vinyl. On the other hand if i had of sent you a postal order/cheque/bank transfer, i seriously doubt you would have refunded me my money!

i completely agree to kevferris - although i never had such an experience with this seller, i have experience with ymoham & yahel6 as a buyer on ebay; luckily he paid for what he won, which was a good thing since he won yahel - voyage for some 30 GBP. i dont want to think about what happened if he didnt pay for that (plus some more records he won for a high price) .. it would be a shame to miss such an amount of cash.

anyway, aside from the fact written just above by me, this guy (indeed) has no morals, nor a 'feeling' for doing deals/trades.
he is in no way open to understanding what one means, wants, or how (some)one does business with another. continuously, he spams me on msn messenger with offers; he wants to buy my collection for 1 or 2 pounds per record. and where then talking about good records like the complete ITWT series, all blakc hole releases, classic armin & tiesto records, etc ... records which are worth WAY more then 2 GBP each.

the strange thing is, that he sells everything for a price which is unbelievably high, and on the other hand, he doesnt want to buy records (which he sells for a high price, like Jonas Steur - Castamara) for more then 2 GBP from you. of course, a trader/seller of records needs to have some margin between the price he sells and buys records; otherwise there wouldnt be a profit on it. but with this guy, its just fro manother planet, just like kevferris says.

this guy really is stupid.

my worst fear now is that YMOHAM or YAHEL6 will stop trading vinyls under his current name, and start doint business under another name. and that this will keep going on and on and on ....



and that he wont reply to this thread anymore, since he knows he's the loser

Yeah i know what you mean. But there are two ways to know that it is him:

1 He nearly always writes in CAPSLOCK!
2 His records will invariably be overpriced!

his starting offers are quite low, but nothing special. its quite common to auction good records at a low starting offer.

still, i dont know if i can seriously bid on the records ... i know he bought from me in the past, and payed, but what if i win (for example) BLACKHOLE SPECIAL COLLECTORS ITEM , SPECIAL EDITION 2 for (lets say) 5 GBP? will i then also get it? because to this guy, its prolly to little cash for sucha record.

or piledriver, for 4 GBP? i know its not much, but its possible .....

Just report him to eBay (again) and be done with it. Stop wasting so much time and energy on someone who's clearly not worth it.

Obviously this guy doesn't know how serious Shill Bidding is, it's not only wrong its against the law. Federal law at that, and if this guy is selling on an American market place, he could be facing international violations as well. Some people never learn, they will always try to cheat you and sometimes there is just no help for them.

i hope ebay will take measures in the end, and not leave it what it is ...

to be quite frank, I remember buying records from him on discogs, and everything was fine.. doesn't seems the case for everyone hehe
