John O’Callaghan feat. Audrey Gallagher - Big Sky

anybody else thinks this tune is overrated? i think i had like 3/4 emails from the john o'callaghan news letter to help him vote for the tune.. its a good tune i must say, its just to overrated imo.. being promoted on almost every single edm/mp3 download store..

what you guys think?

yea , i was visiting home for the holidays last week and was outdoors... experienced the 'big sky' a lot

Shoot crap like this to hell. Sounding exactly the same like Holding Onto Nothing. Jon O'Callaghan is very high in the awards for worsest püroducer of the year. Dont forget that he also appears on that Anthem crap, which was by far the worsest tune released this year.

Nothing terribly original to this production, and it's one of those obnoxious vocal trancers that actually wouldn't be better off as a dub, as it just exposes everything else as generic and bland (although it's grown on me somewhat since hearing it for the first time).

Although there's far more obnoxious vocal trance to be found elsewhere, this one tends to bug me a little bit: it's not so much Audrey Gallagher's voice or even the lyrical content to the track, but I think its the somewhat nasally sounding delivery during the chorus that irks me.

i can think of other tunes released this year that are worse then the anthem. the anthem i actually really like.

big sky sounds nothing like holding onto nothing, so maybe ur tone deaf or something...i dont know or u just like to be negative about everything thats released like the other 98% of ppl on here.

IMO john ocallaghan releases some pretty dope shit.

for example: space & time, the anthem (makes it much better than the original eventhough its not a great song in the first place), exactly is a good song.

big sky is chill, but not #1 like said before

It's an ok track but nothing special. Ferry dropped it last friday and people seemed to enjoy it, I thought it was allright. Not track of the year material but seems like the majority doesn't agree.
