Review: New Year 2007--->2008

How was yours?

Mine was a medley of intoxication and shenanigans at a friend's house...now i have a bit of a headache but its totally worth it!

i spent my new years with my friends....

...stuck in the elevator!

best time ever. got rescued by some firefighters. i felt like bruce willis when i climbed out of the elevator shaft.

good times.

OMG, now that's a story! How long were u stuck inside? Residential building?

it was great actually. we went down to get some pizza around 11.20 and my friends jumped a bit too much in the elevator and i'm guessing the brake got activated.

luckily we had 2 large pizzas with us and we ate those up quick. but funny thing is, none of us got cell phone reception for a while, until somehow my friend got 2 bars on his old bell phone.

since we were stuck between floors, the firefighters had to come in through the top, bring down a small ladder and get us out one by one. in the end we got out around 12.30 and it'll be one of those things that'll we'll remmeber forever.

cottage way up north + outdoor hot tub + friends + plenty of booze = crazy time = massive hangover on Jan 1st.

Totally worth it.

Strangely we ended up at a strip club in Niagara Falls called Seductions because Sundowner was closed. Everyone who I went with won some money from $300 to $2000 that night playing poker. Peeler bar it was with lesbo stage shows and lots of lap dances ringing in the New Year!

Anyway, any reviews about Offer Nissim who played at the Sound Academy (The Docks) or yesterday's party at Mod Club with Pablo Ceballos spinning??? All the other parties have review threads except for these.

haha same here...good times though...although some parts of the night are kinda blurry....i do recall playing a drinking game and beating some guy at a video game...oh and dancing around haha...surprisingly no hang over...maybe bc i ate a lot that night

Spent the night alone and sober with my girlfriend on the couch and I was completely satisfied

Zone was incredible in the morning.

three house parties, danced my butt off at footwork and then spent the day with my best friend finishing off a 24 and stuffing our faces with takeout food... priceless!
