Whatever you're drinking right now, you're not drinking enough of it.

Yeah I thought to myself the other day that I should, and could, read a lot more. Gotta feed the brain, man!

I have enough down time that I waste on here for sure, lol. I used to go through five or six books a month at least, but for the last few years I've really been slacking.

Posted by goodgreef on Jan-01-2008 22:36:

I probably read one book a month, sometimes less. One a week would definitely be a change for me!! Let me know how it goes

p.s. right now i'm on a mission to read books I wouldn't normally pick up. So I walk into the library, pick the first book that appeals to me without reading the back or too much of the front, and walk out with it. I've done this for the last three books i've read and it has been interesting. It makes me read outside of my usual genre.

Learn more mathematics and develop more novel software/hardware solutions.

Go backpacking, wakeboarding, and deep sea fishing more often.

Posted by goodgreef on Jan-01-2008 22:41:

true that. I've been reading way too many books that are just strictly for the entertainment value and nothing more...i needs more educamation.
