The Back To Work Thread
Now that the holidays are over, it's time for many of us to return back to our normal routine. I don't know why in the world I didn't take today off, but it's back to work for many of us.
So how was your New Year's festivities?

It's not so bad going back to work on my side. I had the last 2 days off anyway.
As for me this New Years a lot better than last year. Spent it at 1015 with a lot of great friends. However, I didn't end up staying for as long as I wanted. I didn't feel to well by the time 2am rolled in. Perhaps it was too much alcohol consumption starting at 9 or something I ate before. 
Don't remind me....
I'm still recovering.... On the bright side,I did have yesterday off. And tomorrow aswell. But I could sure use today, im dying here.

Basically, I'm brain dead. I can't focus on work at the moment, lol.

Pretty easy on my end. Went to TAO but I was Designated Driver so recovering was cured by sleeping in.
my recovery from partying at 1015 was actually not bad... was so busy having fun that i didn't drink as much as i expected. i wanted to come into work refreshed and with a more positive attitude (from a break of over one week)... but i'm now annoyed, miserable, and bored (just 2 hours in)
I'm off all week. 
Didn't get home from partying until 2:30 am Jan 2. Figured I was just going to take today off but I woke up feeling great so here I am at work .

my back hurts and i get dizzy when i stand up.. i wished it was 5pm already!
friends and i were talking about days off on the way to 1015 on monday. i came into work monday (half day only), even did some work at home yesterday and came back today. no point in just staying home when i can catch up on projects and make more cash here at work along with saving those off days for something else like trips 
Always got to plan in advance! So glad I took today off
Thank god for taking off Wednesday!
Ran errands all morning & afternoon.
Went to dinner with my parents in Pasadena.
Drove home, changed, and then went to a house party from 9p-4a. Drank until about 1 to sober up to drive to...
Another house party from 4:30a-12p. You're not getting any details here
Came home, melted on the couch in a haze and watched Office Season 3 until like midnight.
Repeated the Office on Jan 2.
