Markus Schulz Returns To Miami!

From Markus' myspace page, markus will be playing at Mansion on feb 2....

FLTAs better represent! I will be coming out of hibernation for this one and I want to see everyone representing and supporting Miami's finest!

i'm making a return trip to Miami for Markus (well also for the sun and beautiful weather). It happens to be the weekend of my 30th bday so great luck for me!!

So, What's the lowdown on Mansion as of late? Have they removed the crappy VIP area from the middle and made it more "dance friendly?" Can anyone comment on that who's been there recently for a big name DJ like Markus?

I went for Ferry in October.. They had moved the VIP area back to create more floor space.. Sound was good but the crowd was crap like usual..

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad to hear there is more floor space in front of the Stage for those that are truly interested in the music and dancing. Crowd is always there just to be there---but it's my birthday weekend, i'm in Miami, I'm with my friends....and Markus will be spinning---so it will no doubt be awesome!

Oh---Amsterdam '08 is released just days prior....so should be a helluva party.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, I am definitely there. We need to support trance acts, whether it be @ Mansion or anywhere else, or they will completely disappear. Mansion greatly improved the sound & also added dancefloor space for Corsten, and this should be no different. So no excuses

I dont know so much about them fixing the sound, I was there Wednesday, same difference. I never thought of it to be bad in the first place. I dont think they ever wanted the sound to be as rugged and rowdy like space

Overall I am passing on this, but should be good for those who go.

Trust me when Corsten came the sound was way different and better than I ever heard it there B4. They had a huge wall of new speakers right in front of the staircase that were not there b4. I have no clue if they kept them or not, but can say that the sound that night held up beautifully, especially considering the size of that room

Either way, come out Spacers, I owe you some drinks. Space will survive without you - at least until the afterhours

I'm rethinking my first saying no to this b/c its my sister's 30th Bday weekend and i think she might want to go...

so put me down as a maybe now..

plus i forgot they moved the vip area in the center... thats a huge deal as it was just not even worth going there when they had it the old way

the setup at mansion seemed to have been better when Sasha was there.
