My two part "Turning Old" bday celebration

I never celebrate my bday and I generally hate people that force me to celebrate theirs...but since I'm turning into an old fart at the unripe age of 30... I figured I'd offer the invitation...

We're starting Friday night at The Filthy Libertine which is at 1615 N. Clybourn...the upstairs will be set up with decks and solid speakers... they serve food and strong drinks... it's $5 to get in... 3 dj's including myself...but I'm supposed to close... we shall see what state I'm in. A lot of familiar faces will be there...so feel free to stop by. I'm sure we'll have an afters of sorts somewhere.

Saturday night...as posted in the Localized thread... the penthouse will be a celebration of my old fartedness (not really a word). Feel free to shower me with gifts ranging from respirators to pacemakers. In the penthouse we'll have dj's:

Randy4me (from TA)
Lennox
Dave T
Me (conditionally based on my intoxication level)

It was my roommate's (bogartgreens) birthday yesterday and he feels like an old fart, too. (He was pretty cranky). We'll be at Vision tonight probably.. so everyone feel free to introduce yourselves. Party party.

What a marathon weekend... I partied like I was 21 but I'm sure I'll be recovering like I'm 60.

Thanks to everyone! I'm glad a lot of familiar faces made it out to the party... definitely a fun night with lots of friends. Pin the tail on the donkey with drunk friends at the club is always a good time.
