I use a tresemee one which is salon quality apparently, but the particular kind is designed for my hair type, which gets very curly, knotty and hard to manage when it grows a bit. this shampoo works great for it.

I use that too but for straight hair. [about to change for dry or color treated hair soon as it's done]

Conditioner sucks so I use dove conditioner for dry/colored hair.

same here.

call me crazy but i switch up hair products all the time. I think your hair gets used to the product after using it a while.

Everytime i try something new it's like "omg my hair is so awesommmmmmme" then towards the middle/end it really doesn't have the same effect anymore.

too true. the only one i've gone back to repeatedly is Pantene Pro-V Always Smooth conditioner. i usually keep a few different types of shampoo and conditioner in my shower at all times.

and i love the smell of Biolage hair products but that stuff is taxed. i can't justify splurging on it when the cheap stuff works just as well

Having grown up with a younger sister and have tested each and every one of her shampoos, I can safely say this brand is the absolute best:

I keep my hair short and don't use it every wash, so one bottle lasts me about a year. Most of the time I use suave, it's like $1 a bottle...
