A question from Toronto, Canada.!

Hey guys, my german isn't too good so hopefuly you can answer me in english.

I am wondering if i wanted to make a trip to berlin for about 6 weeks in July and August, what clubs you guys would suggest I check out? Specifically the one's with all this minimal coming from them?

Anyhelp would be appreciated thanks1

The typical recommendations you would get are:

- Berghain (inkl. Panaromabar) - http://www.berghain.de/
- Watergate - http://www.water-gate.de/program/index.html
- Weekend - http://www.week-end-berlin.de/
- Maria am Ostbanhof - http://www.clubmaria.de/index2.html

Be prepared that some of these clubs are NOT the typical clubs you would find in northern America, so don`t expect anything like pre-sale tickets and please note that some clubs have a very tough door policy that is not tied to any cloth or anything but relies purely on the bouncer. If he thinks you fit - you`re in. If he thinks you don`t, then you don`t. Also expect that some of these are not "nice fluffy clubbing" experiences but rather "tough clubbing" experiences.

Have fun!

To check current events go to http://www.milaro.net/_e_list.php

or come to my shop and get some Party Flyer

Club Sound Records

So prepare yourself to make Party from Monday till Sunday and beyond

Thanks for the answer. And I'm not sure about outside Toronto, but not many events I know sell presale tickets, with the exception of the guvernment, which is pretty shitty anyways.

Two More questions.

1. What type of person "fits"?

2. What is "tough clubbing"?? as oppossed to our apparently nice fluffy clubbing?

this depends

- on the evening
- on the club
- on the event
- on the doorkeepers mod
- on the time

so its always a surprise, if you come in, or not.

If you dont - try it the next evening and it could happen, that they let you in

And dont expect, that they tell you the true reason, why they dont let you in, so dont worry and go another club
