has anyone got the instrumental that was featured on digweeeds cd in 99?

im after the white label promo release info.it was released in 2002 on a slate with lithium on 1 side and that on the other, but i want the 99 promo release details.

i just want to know the cat. details and the run off details?

i know its on discogs but im not convinced that its right.
