WMC Supplies - checklist

Stolen from last year. Some good ideas in here. Come prepared, some of these small things can make or break a trip.

-camera w/ charger

-sleeping pills
-warm clothes
-red bull

Honestly, most of these are pretty obvious, but just in case.

Great idea! Good list for sure!

Add pain killers (Aleve, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, etc)

Add wristwatch and/or time keeping device of your choice

Add journal/notepad if you like to jot down notes about your trip. I know I have a hard time remembering everything so I like to write a bit when I travel.

Add flask.

I like to take along a good antioxidant compound which includes Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, & Vitamin C (taken for recovery). I also bring a bottle of Vitamin B compound (taken before going out).

OH yeah, and don't forget the Ipod along w/ some speakers (for the room) and headphones (for the beach).

i usually check those at the airport and forget to pick them up when i get into miami

don't forget some cold weather clothes just in case. No one will ever forgot how cold it was 2 years ago....... that Friday night was crazy cold and windy!

Also - air freshener / febreze / cleaners for the hotel room. A lot of crappy rooms out there. You can also bring candles but don't leave them lit!

omg that's right. i remember leaving nic and james party at cafeteria at like 5 am and i forgot my jacket inside and went back to look for it and it was gone so i had to walk back to my friends hotel in a tank top!!! it was freezing!!!!

To quickly inform...
Don't get a room right next to the HUGE light on the outside of the hotel.
Don't put woodchips on it to cover it. (they were wet)...but they dried out the next day...


...and then don't pour water on a electrical light...

i used to take that shit too

if nobody's mentioned it yet:
Saline Nasal Spray

that helps a lot after being in smokey clubs, and also after doing other things...

Also Power Bars or other energy bars. Stick one or two of those in your pocket before going to a long party. Really helps you get through the whole time!

I swear I thought I had everything written down that I needed but left off at least half of this.

In My purse I am going to carry Travel deodorant, body spay, wipes, tooth brush and tooth paste.
