I know George Acosta has some part in this but what actually is it? Who is it comprised of if it is indeed the name of a group: also what releases do they have other than "Undertaker"? I happen to have a copy of this record on a White Label if anybody wants a sample.

Any help would be appreciated

I think I made a mistake. I read the Artist/ Title info backwards.
I believe that Undertaker is in fact an alias for George Acosta that has yet to be added to the list on discogs. the name of the track was Members of X.
Sorry for the confusion
