Question PDA Phones!

What PDA Phone you have right now?

Are you happy with it or want to move onto a new unit?

Did not include the iPhone into this poll, b/c it's not a PDA Phone. It's more of a multi-media unit for mp3s, video and pics.

Palm 680

Ultra happy with my unit! With Palm OS, virtually everything of everything can be done. The list of apps, games, multimedia and etc ... goes on and on. Most useful app I use, is TomTom Navigator 6 w/ Speed Trap & Red Light Camera POI Alerts. The 680s newest update now has Push & Pull for e.mails.

I totally respect the technology behind the BlackBerry, but not to keen on the psychical design and the non touch screen factor. But if you get swarmed with e.mails, txt msgings & calls, this is the true Business PDA Phone.

After going through the BlackBerry 7290, 7100 and two 8100s, I've settled for the moment on the 8310 - What a fine piece of hardware it is!

i got the blackberry curve 8310. its the best phone ive ever owned.

Got a Treo 700. biggest piece of shit phone I've ever had.. though might be because i went with the wondows version, instead of the palm operating system.

though I had the motorola Q before the treo and I actually liked the Q a lot!

Sony Ericcson w600.... not a PDA, but its calendar synchronizes with my MS Outlook at work, stores all my computer's email contacts, records conversations, plays MP3s, takes pictures, video, games.

So if Personally Assists me Digitally, it's a PDA to me.

i have the i-mate Jam...made by HTC. It's about 3 years old. Touch screen and all that jazz. My friend gave it to me cause my old phone broke the same week he bought a new one.

Had I paid for this phone, some one would be getting choked. I can't stand the thing. I was more happy with my old shitty LG P.O.S. flip phone.

I wouldn't mind getting one of the new HTC phones with the slide out key board. I've messed around with those inthe store...everything i hate about my current phone has been taken care of with the TyTAN and 6800

My rooommate used to have the Moto Q. He liked it. I was never a fan of its design myself... just something about it didnt ring true for me.

But, where i to want a PDA phone, since I dont wanna leave Solo, that would be my only choice ATM

I dont mind Motos.

Iphone for the win...

If I got one, it would be an HTC for sure. They come with all the right features.

But, alas, I think these phones are just way too expensive. Considering they start at $400 (with wifi), you can go out and get an Asus EEE PC for that. Then they go up to $1000, for which you can buy a full laptop!

I am just amazed at how much people spend on their portable devices. I have never paid more than $100 (no contract) for a phone.

Ended up getting the Blackberry Pearl...

It's actually amazing and love this thing! Got a plan for $15/month where I get unlimited mail from my gmail and other email accounts.

It's great. I just forward everything that I need to that email account.

ME TOO, Bobby!

That's my general rule of thumb as well.

(And I'm still currently loving my Nokia 6275i!)

I have the BlackBerry Pearl right now but planning on exchanging it for a Curve in the very near future. Love BlackBerries. I had the Nokia PDA for about 2 days and went nearly crazy because the bloody thing was SO SLOW!

I didn't realize how much I was addicted to mine until my Pearl got stolen. I felt like I couldn't do anything properly with my berry!
