Recent Decent Hip Hop/Rap

Snoop Dogg - Sexual Eruption
Lupe Fiasco - Superstar
Kanye West - Flashing Lights

Not really a Hip Hop/Rap fan but I am a fan of good music, and these are all fucking catchy.

btw, anyone listen to the new Wu-Tang album...how is it?

Jedi Mind Tricks - Uncommon Valor
Jedi Mind Tricks - Sacrifice

There's just one small detail... That's not recent at all.

That is not recent. However, Jedi Mind Tricks are easily one of the top 10 hip hop acts in history

Anything by Gravediggaz - In particular the 6 Feet Deep album. The stuff you listed is just chart music though, so I dunno if you'll like real stuff.

That's actually what I was trying to say...chart music is getting quite interesting.

Turn it into a real/proper rap/hiphop thread though, I dig that too

Don't have any good suggestions for recent Hip Hop/Rap. Most of the Hip Hop I listen to is pretty "outdated". But I have heard the latest Wu Tang album and its pretty good! Allthough it's nowhere near their classic stuff like "Enter the Wu Tang" its still definately worth a listen.

I'm just going to say, I think it is awesome that Lupe references collaborating "like Shadow and Lavelle" in a verse of Superstar. Even though he works with UNKLE on a track later in the album, I thought that was pretty cool and shows some cross-over appeal.
