some vegas/canyon pics
just figured i'd come by and display some from my vegas trip... there are too many for me to post, however.
never made it to fremont street while in vegas though...
the palazzo
the wynn
the excalibur

nice =)
looks awesome.

Ha! I didn't think they actually went through with building that thing.

edit:
the stratosphere

Loving them all!
Especially the one with the colorful lights.
very nice! bucket list added
yeah, i stayed there for 6 days. i tried to make it to as many places as possible. i hardly even gambled, i just walked around like a damn kid in the candy store. i swear it hurt to leave las vegas. i can't wait to go there again in april.
and bas, for the canyon skywalk, it did look like they were doing some construction for the building. also, i don't understand why we were told we cannot bring binoculars and cameras on the skywalk.
glad you guys like the pics. i took over about 100 pictures. i really went crazy with the camera because i wanted to take pictures of everything. my boyfriend has been there 2 times before me, so i wanted to look around EVERYWHERE while he played poker.
Damn.

iammesol, the nyc buildings were tall, but not as tall as you would think they are. when i looked online before i went to vegas, i thought they were taller but they're not that tall when you actually stand nearby. i think they were probably around the same height as most of the other hotels in vegas... probably even a little shorter. sorry that's not too helpful, but i'm rather off on guessing height, lol.
verndogs, we were told to be careful walking on fremont when it gets really late. i was surprised to hear that. i just wanted to see the light canopy... maybe i'll just take a quick look next time.
fayraree, you're going to have a good time. if you can, check out the canyon. it might not sound like a big deal (it wasn't a big deal to me) but when you see it, it's crazy being there. and see if they are any conventions coming up... we coincidentally went when the electronics show started and the porn awards thing was going on.
i'm annoyed because i forgot to bring my camera to mandalay bay and the palms =(. i also wanted to take a pic of these:
signature at mgm... i would love to live in one of these for a year, haha.
I am such a nerd...I really want to see that Star Trek exhibit and get a drink at Quark's.
You go to Revolution @ Mirage?
Saw Hernan Cattaneo there in June. Best set I've heard live. Cirque du Soleil designed the place...wicked touch-interactive lounge.
Did you leave a hair straightener or a flat iron on in your hotel room? The Monte Carlo is now on fire
lol
and yeah it helps Andrea. Thanks
wtf, you didn't visit me
that is a must on any trip to vegas.
and the signature is very nice.
