Unknown Song Hear in Amsterdam Coffeeshop

hey guys i was in amsterdam for new years 08, was a blast. i heard a track in the grasshopper coffeeshop and one of my friends just happen to take a video of us (completely f*cked ) and catch it in the background. i've been trying to id this song for about a month now, but no one knows it. below is a link to a 15 second video clip with the song playing in the background. help would be appreciated, thanks.
