how to cut chicken like some restaurants.

just wondering, when going to some thai restaurants, or even some chains, they cut the chicken really thin and jagged like. Just wondering if theres a technique or tool to get it that way

I see thin slices at all the chinese grocery stores, machine made I'm sure, but jagged?
