how do i fix a warped record?
Yes, i would like to know as well, I have a couple warped records. I can still spin them no problem but at times they can be a pain in the ass
me too. one time I baught a vinyl, it seemed fine at the store, but when I got home it was warped inwards in the center. so it doesnt sit flat on my platter. its alright, but skips more easily
a: put it under a big stack of books for about a month..and the part that sinks..needs to be facing up..
b: bend it*BE CAREFUL*

But wont it lose its quality and other stuff? :\
a bit..but not to much..just dont let it get hot while u have it under books..keep the AC low or something.
but why would u be concerned with quality when the record is pretty much un spinable
In my experience, fixing a warped record rarely, if ever, works. It's probably best to just learn to manipulate the record more delicately so that it doesn't skip while cueing.
