Since the show sold out last yr how much were ppl asking 4 there txt ?

when i went 2 yrs ago to this event when i left at 6am after pvd ended...it was still $100 at the door to get in for sander k on the terrace

I couldn't believe the line to get in @ 6 or 7 when we left! What fucking idiots we were, we had no idea about Sander K or the terrace LOL! What you learn in 2 years...

That terrace set was one for the history books.

sander k in the terrace after pvd in the main room is the PLACE TO BE IN THE CONFERENCE ... i will be there for my 4th time

But Sander's WMC terrace sets are already legendary. He bangs it out properly every single time, and always shows up with some new gadget or tricks up his sleeve. If U R not there during WMC, U R nowhere. Even when I did not listen to house, he was impressing the crap out of me with his sets

trust me benji Sander K owns on the terrace especially for conference last year he played from 5:30am to 2:30pm

u have to be on the terrace by 4am or earlier to ensure you see him though last year it was one up one down unless you bribed the bouncer 100 bucks

You cant compare a guy who has played one time on the terrace to mixed reviews playing tracks that I've heard 100 times already.To Sander a "DJ" who has spun "LEGENDARY MARATHONS" every WMC.

Prydz is a great producer.

Sander is a great DJ.

No comparison....

SANDER ON THE TERRACE FOR WMC IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS.I have not missed this party since it was at the old Space and it is every year one of the highlights of WMC for everyone who attends.Sander brings the dirtiest shit for WMC and very new innovative sounds.You will see the reviews and they will speak for themselves.

SANDER + LA TERREZA=DOMINANCE!!!!

his sets at space must be amazing cuz the fews sets i've heard from him at other venues, while decent, are nothing mindblowing. links to any space sets?

agree. the vibe speaks for itself. Even if you arnt a hardcore fan of his - and i agree his sets arnt all that great out of the wmc for the most part - this one will blow you away

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere before but I can't seem to find it in the constantly expanding WMC 2008 subforum... Does PVD just play the main room all night and then the terrace opens up w/ Sander at 5AM? So PVD is the only on in the main room and Sander is the only one on the terrace?

+1 to that, still one of my all time favorite parties ever!!!! i met so many crazy, fun people up there and i was by myself getting into space. although as soon as i got up on the terrace i saw tons of people from LA, lol and of course the line friends that i made while waiting!

and treefermadness, i got in line outside at 5 am and was up on the terrace by 6:45 am so yeah trying to get up there sucks but it wasn't as long as i thought it would be. although, it helps being a single girl trying to get in

Someone always opens for pvd, usually Edgar V or Oscar G. The opener plays from 10 to 1 or 2am. PVD gets on around 1 or 2am and plays for between 3 and 4 hours. Then someone closes the mainroom while mayhem ensues of people trying to get from the Mainroom to the terrace. Meanwhile the terrace opens up around 3am with someone to open for sander. Sander gets on between 4 and 5am and plays till he doesnt want to play anymore. Usually after 1pm.

For people who are just sander fans, this isnt a problem, they can arrive and goto the terrace when they want. If they are like me and are PVD and Sander fans, I usually give the bouncer $50 or so to get me up to the terrace in quick time.

There will be no posted timeslots, online or at the club. This info is as good as it gets.

Do keep in mind folks. If Space reaches capacity in the main room or terrace, they will not allow you upstairs or downstairs. That means you may get stuck.

If PvD didn't suck so much ass @ Space last time he was there, not to mention the last 2 WMCs, I'd be all over this party. If I could get strait to the terrace for Sander, sure, but PvD is too inconsistent.

last good pvd space wmc set was 2003. he played from 2am-8am. 04 was okay, but did he really have to play crush 4 times? i think he played for 5 hours that night. 05 was crappy, thank god i was there for sander not pvd. 06 i missed and 07 i sold my tickets at the door when i saw there was like 50 cops and a huge paddy wagon that said "DUI Enforcement" on it. my gf and i looked at each other and said fuuuuuuuuck that.

whats a good time to leave Ultra and walk 2 Space 4 this show ?

Space Terrace opened up at like midnight/1 last year for Sander K. Rene Amesz opened it up and Sander came on around 4ish. I'm sure its the same for all of the Space parties.
