Help me decide what to drive
While I like being driven around, my habit of taking taxi's everywhere is really starting to get out of control and eating too much of my $$$
so it's time for some wheels!
A scooter would be fun, cheap, never have to pay to park, but would pretty much be limited to downtown, might be a little gay.
A motorcyle would be fun as fuck, a little more expensive, never have to park, can go further, but it's dangerous as fuck and I'd probably hurt myself at some point
A car, I would have no limitations as to where I wanted to go, can bring people with me, but it would be expensive as fuck.
I'm leaning towards scooter....
Def a car ......Keeps you warm in the winter and cold it the summer.Good for all season.......Rain or shine.
Plus you can have 4 other buddys with ya in it.
Go with the Scooter. I've been thinking of buying one for a few months now. Now is the time to buy (good deals in the winter).
TTC...
...but i would chose the scooter out of those options. those things are cool as fuck.
you might as well just get a bike - cheaper then both scooter and motorcycle, considering you'll be able to drive it max 6 months of 12
but car is def something you should consider more...
p.s. I <3 Vespa's

A car - worth the money has lots of room for groopies |
You should get a rickshaw, complete with an illegal Chinese immigrant (probably one of chinamon's relatives)

Parking = too much $$$$, and with this you'd be able to squeeze into spots where you wouldn't be able to with a car. Plus with the price of gas...you'd def. be saving hella lots. |

get a car.
like the chinese say, one is skin protecting metal while the other is metal protecting skin.
If you're living downtown, then honestly get a scooter.
I drive my car downtown a lot now, and honestly, IT FUCKING SUCKS. You have to put up with cabbies, pedestrians popping up anywhere, standing in traffic all day long, popos hiding everywhere (not much chance you'll be breaking the speed limit in a scooter, lol), high gas prices, and high insurance costs. But the biggest pain in the ass, by far, is parking. In Toronto, you can't just leave your car anywhere. Anytime you go anywhere, you spend at least 10 minutes just looking for a spot to park. If you found a spot, then 99/100 times, you have to pay for it. And then there are places where it's impossible to find parking at all. And parking tickets are now 30 bucks a pop - that shit adds up QUICK.

Car is definitely the more practical choice, especially in the winter
I would get a scooter to be honest. Never mind what people in here say about them being "gay". My friend has one, and he swears by it. He can ride it 9-10 months out of the year, and it costs hardly any money at all for insurance, and especially gas. Also, you don't have to pay parking, and you can easily weave in and out of gridlock. Scooters cost only a fraction of the cost that cars do.
You can get a nice used one for $2000, or you can get a really pimp one like my friend has for around $5000:
HERE
Motorcycle! All the practicality of the scooter with all the speed of a car. Minus the protection.
