Best place to get radio shows?

Whats the best way to download radio shows, especially Organized Nature, Vonyc Sessions, and ASOT? I can't really use torrents since I'm in a dorm room. I know this forum has a strict policy about not talking about downloading, but this shouldn't be a big deal since you can't pay to get these shows anywhere (if i'm wrong enlighten me")
