Scariest scenes ever?

I've been on a horror streak as of late..

"Intro"

"Jesus Wept" (Might be a bit NSFW)

Hit it!

Can't find it on Youtube...

The scene in Event Horizon where Sam Neil is in a maintenence shaft type of place, and he suddenly turns around to see his wife there, all creepy looking. That gave me the bigtime shivers.

There may have been worse, but that jumped into my head first.

That whole movie was creepy.

And awesome.

Damn i want a pic of that face

Edit: Dammit Chris! One of the best horror flick's in yeeears

one of my favorite quotes was from that movie

Have you ever seen fire in zero gravity? It's beautiful. It's like liquid it... slides all over everything. Comes up in waves.

Be sure to watch them in chronologic order or you'll be missing out

Can't get any good ones in my mind right now but just have to say that Hellraiser and Pinhead FTW!!

Although that Hellraiser IV sucked some major ass.. I still love the first three movies. All the others are just ok but still worth watching for Pinhead's scenes alone.

"Why"

"The End"

http://youtube.com/watch?v=d1o8Et76d6o [embedding not aloud]

"The Cell"

http://youtube.com/watch?v=5sC3LisvAfY [just the trailer, but good movie]

"silence" [not scary, but suspenseful as hell --> one of my favorite scenes of a movie of alllllll time]

*edi*

scary to me /= gore. it's all about lead up and suspense. and sound. sometimes sound can creep me out more than what i'm seeing.

The Mystery Man from Lost Highway. This is not a classical scare scene, but more a disturbing one. Still, it really hit me when I watched the movie for the first time:

Uzumaki is one disturbing and creepy movie, but I especially like the last scene:

"Be a vortex, too!"
