mmm yes
Might give this a shot
Cheers lads hope you enjoy

dude
i'm not even 25 mins in and this is already by far the best mix i've ever downloaded off this forum. most mixes with old tunes tend to have ropey mixing so i was preparing for average at best, but i got halfway through track 2 before i realised it wasn't still unity playing
rest of it has been equally seamless
will post more when i'm done, gonna check out part 1 to queue up for afterwards though
Loved this, it really sucks that it's 128kbps though, it really kills alot.
Thanks so much for the comments guys, i am really happy to hear your comments
Sorry about the 128Kbps, but the filesize meant i had to

wow! great tracklist - thanks
Alrite these 2 mixes are the best classics mixes I've download from TA. The mixing, especially, is impeccable. We could really do with 320s of both mixes.
Encode 320s and put them up on Megaupload please
I'm giving this a listen, based on the other comments. Downloaded ridiculously quickly.
EDIT: Megaupload has a 500mb limit now, so my previous comment is redundant.
Awesome comments guys thank you
I deleted the wav file off my disk, it was over a gig
I didnt even think when i deleted it. Too big for the recycle bin also so it could be gone forever unless i use some recovery software. I will try tomorrow, might be lucky.
yeah the hosting company i use is excellent. The speeds are great hope you enjoy the mix
thanks for reminding me what a great track shimmer is, i might just have to start playing it again!

D/L both 1 and 2. I saw Nautious - Amber and thats all it took. This is the stuff that got me hooked on EDM. Todays sounds just don't have that vibe u get from the old school tracks. A 320 rip would be great =)

forgot to report back on this.. loved it to pieces. xpander & pistolwhip looked out of place on the tracklist but they went perfectly & really helped add variety. the only qualm i has was with the stage one 'bootleg'.. it sounded great to begin with but think it should have been mixed out before the main buildup on xpander, starts to feel a bit cluttered thereafter. small complaint though
gave the first one a listen too, also great stuff but 2 felt a bit more *complete*, mainly cos it had a proper intro to it i think. the airwave track made for a beautiful finisher though, really full of emotion
i guess the only other bad thing about both mixes is that they made me depressed how there's no trance still being made like this today

I have to agree with everybody else, excellent effort on all fronts!
Definitely sounds like a classic club set from that time..
Personal pick:

I think you did a very very good job with this set, especially with the first hour. The second hour had its moments but not as action packed as the first (i.e. mixing, track selection, everything!), otherwise you would have gotten a perfect 10.
By the way, any idea where I can download part 1 of this set?
please re upload this... anybody please and thank you
That tracklist looks proper sexy, please can you reup ?
