Help with ID-ing song

I need help fiding this song that I heard and I cant find it anywhere. I think its either a Spanish or French song but I belive it is Spanish.
The only part that I could understand is when the voice on the song says DJ La frequencia and thats all that I could understand. Please guide me to uncovering this song. Thanks upfront.
