Anyone else find this years half time show to be 'free falling' to say the least? And why hasn't Mr. Petty changed his hairstyle in over 10 years? Does he think by maintaining this Nicole Richie inspired coiffe, we wont notice he's aged? I admit...there once was a time when I didn't mind some of Tom and the heartbreaker's tunes....but a lot has changed since 8th grade!
I'm definitely not saying they don't have talent or aren't an icon to many...I just think there are numerous other artists who would've been better suited for this type of performance.....wonder who they'll round up next year....the american idol gang?

when u see tom petty and the heartbreakers, u cant help but just gaze at an all American icon that actually kept making quality music throughout his career.
