As if the patriots weren't cocky leading up to this?

Trademarking "19-0 The Perfect season"

yo up here... crazy shit.

1st. NY Post has branded them an asterick whenever they played. So it 18* - 1

2- the POst tradmarked 18-1... so Now they are going to bank from a 400$ trademark. How smart was that?? hahaha

I honestly have never though I'd be celebrating the 72 dolphins cracking the bubbly in my lifetime

But there is a first for everything!

1. Are you serious?

2. Who are you?

3. There will always be haters. No one can beat that record.. not even the Pats who started the year with an ALL STAR team.

4. You've got a very immature custom status. Grow up.

the sports reports is the most garbage show on espn next to around the horn, rome is burning, cold pizza or 1st and 10 or whatever the fuck they call it now.

i dont even know who jason whitlock is.

but the point is this... you know what the dolphins are not the best team ever. they arent. the 85 chicago bears were better. but the 72 dolphins are still the only team not to choke. so you cant take that away from them. you cant. people can bitch all they want. but the pats choked. epic failure by them. but the fins didnt.

well I know MJ would school Dwyane Wade any day !

was priceless watching Wayne Huizenga bowing down to the 2007 Dolphins after their 1 game victory for the whole season !

I wasn't even a twinkle in my father's eyes in 1972, but it's still cool for our home team Miami Dolphins to still have the only undefeated season. So for that, we can celebrate!

The greatest team ever, well you can debate that point until you turn blue in the face. It has nothing to do with the fact they went UNDEFEATED for the entire season.

I wasn't rooting for anyone in the Superbowl, mostly because I don't follow Football that much (and my Bucs got defeated first round). But, am I the ONLY one that gets tired of hearing about the 72 Dolphins? A part of me wishes that the Pats won just so I can stop hearing about them.

But now, we're going to hear a lot more about Congress and Spygate in the coming months

I don't see what the big deal is. It is a huge success for a no-name team to go undefeated and NOT CHOKE! It's very difficult record to beat and that's why people STILL talk about the dolphins. If it was easy like a triple-double then you wouldn't hear about it so much. Just like the news wouldn't shut up about Maguire/Barry Bonds beating whoever's record... This is a title that will be beat SOMEDAY and will be talked about for years to come.

If the patriots were to beat the record, those cocky motherfukers would never shut up about it. They already had books printed with 19-0 on the cover.. trademarked.. and so on...

Let it atleast be the hometeam !
