Cubase BPM Help

Hi. I am having a problem trying to set the bpms of the tracks in cubase. I want 2 tracks to run at the same bpm and match up perfectly but I have no clue how to do this. For example, I have one track that is running at 125 bpm and another at 128 bpm. I want both tracks to be set at 125 bpm. Could someone please help me out with this? I tried the time stretch function but I dont know if I am using it the right way?? I am using Cubase SE. It is just a cheaper version of the regular software.

go to timestretch the input bpm is the original bpm the output is the new bpm.

also make you have them properly aligned so both kicks hit on the same spot. sounds stupid saying this but alot of people expect it to just automatically beatmatch without aligning.

go to the pool (ctrl+p) and set for each audio-file the right bpm. now you can change the tempo of the project and all audio-files will be streched in realtime..

What is the best way to align after timestretching?

I went to the pool and I see nothing about setting bpms for each individual audio file and nothing about changing tempo? Is there another window you need to open after you go into the pool to do this?

you need to select "musical" and insert the bpm just behind in the tempo field.

Hi again. Ok. I tried this and for some reason I can't find where it says Musical in the pool. It may be the Version of Cubase (SE) that I am using? I am going to give you a little more info on what I am trying to do and let me know what you think. When djing I find tracks that fit really well with each other. I have 2 tracks right now from a current mix I did that go really great together. The first track is Rib Cage by Dubfire and the second is Muranyi By Pryda. You may or may not of heard of these tracks. Well, Ribcage's bpm is 125 and Muranyi's bpm is 128. I am trying to get both tracks bpms to be set to 128. Then what I want to do is try to do my own remix with them in cubase. But what I need to do first is get them both at the same bpm. This may sound dumb, but I have been experiminting with alot of new ways of doing things right now. I think I may have got it by doing the time stretch thing that I tried in Sterilis reply, but I would really like to learn how to do this in the pool if I can. And, do you know if there is any other types of software to use that may be a little easier to work with to acheive this. Cubase is a great program, but for what I am trying to do maybe I need to look into some other software?? Thanks for the replies!
