Ok, so I have heard incredible stories about this party!! I know its invite only, but how does one get invited? I have people asking me and I have no clue :P

didnt they actually sell tickets to this like 2 years ago? i believe it was like $100 or something but open bar... i dunno. i may have dreamt this and am thinking it was real.

I think so, but didn't you have to receive an invite to buy the ticket?

From what I understand, 2 years ago, Sasha sent out an email invite to buy $100 tickets to everyone who was registered on his website and they sold out it like 10 minutes. Last year was invite only, plus the contest.

They def. sold tix 2 years ago(like 20) and last year they did have a contest that they gave out some tix. Usually invite only and you won't here anything about it tell WMC gets a little closer. Hopefully you have some connections. Good luck.

wenddy, stop asking stupid questions... the S&D boat parties were invite only. HOWEVER, 2 years ago they did sell some tickets, which obviously went very fast. how they were sold and where you could get them is beyond me, but i do know they were sold... next time, just ask me lol

if you were on Sasha's website email list you got an email talking about the tix for sale. they sold in less than 24 hours.

for those that want to go, i'd wait until the flyer come out and see who is promoting the party. if you have any connections at all with that promoter, work it hard and it may just work out for you

i was there as well... it was amazing!

couple of things regarding that party

Desyn opened, spun for 90 mins & was sick as f*ck, i couldnt believe how well the sound system was on the yacht. very crisp w/no distortion.

300 people total, your $100 (which in retrospect was the ultimate bargain for the ultimate party ever) got you open Vodka Bar, tasty appetizers, & a 3 1/2 hr tag team set from Sasha & "Not Sash" (Diggers wore a "Hi my name is" stick on name badge on his shirt)

you were literally 1 foot away from them spinning, security was super cool as long as you werent an idiot

We went out pretty far on the ocean as you could barely make out the Miami coastline

Desyn got pretty drunk, came by & jacked my friend's drink right out of his hand, which my friends & i thought was the most hilarious thing ever

Sasha, towards the end of their set, spun w/a "mullet" wig on

that video is around here somewhere...

That wig was making the rounds all over WMC that year. Digweed also wore it when he played at the Pawn Shop
